On Saturday 17 May an INFORMATION DESK (and useful Meeting Point) is located at the Festival’s Welcome Tent on Cathedral Green.  It will be staffed from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm.  Call by for information about who’s doing what, when and where. The MAYfest map shows all of the MAYfest sites.

SMOKING is not permitted in the Festival’s venues (except areas in some pubs).

PARKING is available throughout Winchester and there are “Park & Ride” schemes.  Please see the map at the end of this programme for locations and visit the City’s website and click on “Transport and Streets ”.

 

LOOS can be found at or near most venues and are marked on the MAYfest map.

WE NEED STEWARDS: If you are over 18 and would like to volunteer to be a steward then please phone Clive on 07807 084219, send an email to the stewards coordinator or print a stewards Application Form. Stewards are asked to do about 4 hours work and get a free ticket in return.
